Age of the Witch

With your mother executed for witchcraft, you are taken under a family friend's wing and raised within the safe confines of an abbey. However, changes are soon set in motion that have you leave the abbey's sheltering walls and thrust into a world of intrigue, chaos, fear and superstition. Having inherited your mother's interest in the occult, you set out to find others like you, and to use your abilities to carve out a destiny for yourself in an often-cold and cruel world. Make friends and enemies, form and break alliances, and uncover untold secrets in this dark adventure set in renaissance England.

Death Policy

As a privileged citizen living in the near future, you hold a "death policy" allowing you to travel back to different points in your past in order to alter the events that led to your violent demise. Right before your untimely death, your consciousness was transferred into a virtual body at the Phoenix Clinic, where you are given access to previous life experiences, in order to change these and cheat death.
However, things begin to go awry and you wonder whether or not there is something more sinister lurking beneath the clinic's polished appearance, and whether the mysterious facility and its research staff are any more "real" than the nightmarish visions from your past.
